Harmony Mandala was created to inspire, encourage and assist others in finding their
inner truth and to live in harmony with the world around them, through:
The Mandala, Sanskrit for sacred circle, has been used for thousands of years in many
spiritual traditions as a form of meditation, healing, and transformation. Mandalas are
found in both religious and secular cultures to illustrate wholeness and truth. Creating a
Mandala or using one for meditative focus is a journey inward toward wholeness, balance,
harmony and inner truth.
When used as a tool for meditation, healing, or self-realization, the mandala takes us to
the center of our being which is innately connected to our outer world - the whole circle
of creation. As we connect with our Higher Self, our Divine Nature, we are better
able to live our lives in harmony with the world around us.
